Southern Oregon University Research Center (SOURCE) is the only full-service, university affiliated research center in Southern Oregon. We live and work in the Rogue Valley, so we bring a deep understanding of local issues to our research projects, along with years of experience and training. Our strength lies in our core team, as well as our extensive resource of academics, researchers, professionals and renowned experts who work with us on a vast array of research projects. We use multiple research methods and a multi-disciplinary approach to get the most accurate answers to your questions. No project is too big.
While we bring the level of expertise you might expect to find only in a big city, we do not charge the prices you would find in a metro area. We will work closely with you to make sure that you get the research answers you need at a price you can afford.
Our Team
Director Eva Skuratowicz
Dr. Eva Skuratowicz is the director of SOURCE, a position she has held since the center began in 2009. A sociologist by training, she is passionate about using a multi-disciplinary approach to applied research and evaluation. Dr. Skuratowicz collaborates with her SOU faculty colleagues to create teams that approach research questions from many different perspectives and areas of expertise. She also mentors the graduate and undergraduate student research assistants who are often part of SOURCE projects.
